Returns Policy

1. Returns are accepted within 14 working days of the date the item was received by the customer. Customers must fill in and sign the Return Form that accompanied their purchase and send it with the item they are returning.

2. Customers must use a reputable courier service for returning purchases. If in doubt about which service to use, please get in touch with us on 210 7210918 or by email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
Return costs are paid by the customer.

3. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging with the security tag still attached.

4. Provided the returned product is in satisfactory condition, a refund will be made to the customer within 15 days of receipt of the product.

5. Products that were bought by the customer in our showroom cannot be returned, as the transaction is no longer deemed to have taken place online and the customer has approved the purchased products while on the premises.
